Pros

Decent product with some good people. The workforce seems to attract the most desperate of the desperate.

Cons

Dead end job. Horrible company to work for. Extremely cheap. CEO is not qualified. She is fake and likes to call the people who work there a "Family" but this is Very much a lie. Very high turnover including new management every couple years. No direction with poor leadership. Very much a drag and buzz kill to go to work. Happiest day was the day I quit.

Pros

Easy mind numbing work. Good product with loyal following. Decent 410k plan with average base salary. Company provides decent technology i.e.. iPhone, iPad, laptop to be successful

Cons

Awful management leading to a revolving door company culture. The moment you get to know someone they have moved on. high turnover with no future. Products become stagnant and extremely boring to sell leading to low job satisfaction. Small company mentality with limited resources- poor marketing . Lack of communication from upper management on direction of the company. Overall Poor customer service

Pros

Innovative product - great item to introduce to practices. Quality co workers - Isolite has managed to employ quite a few knowledgable and hard working dental professionals. Flexibility - able to manage your own time and accounts

Cons

Deceitful - Isolite will do absolutely everything to make sure you do not get paid. They amend commission, without word, and even if you manage to still hit goal - they'll change it again and fight you on it. Customer service is not valued. The actual customer service team is great, but the company is in the business of screwing over the customer. Lack of proper management - The role of sales manager has never been locked down longer than a year. Management dictates how things should be done rather than motivate, educate, and mentor. Doesn't go to bat for you, actually competes against you and can never be trusted. Very high turnover.
