Pros

None-Clients are generally nice people.

Cons

CEO does not care about anyone but himself. If you do not share his exact thinking, he will find every excuse to fire you. He will find every excuse to deny unemployment. The owner is paranoid to no end and loves to create a hostile workplace.

Pros

If you're looking for grey hair, heart attacks, and false promises then this is the best place for you!

Cons

Everything. The location is a loft... lol, they try to run their small business as if they are a large corporation. They hide information from their clients, and make you do plenty of things that are against your morals. The pay is very low in comparison to pretty much any other tech company in the Dallas area. When they don't like you, they make your life hell and it can change in an instant.. they are so egotistical, and the owner is a narcissist. One day I was their "best tech" according to the vice president and then the next day because I didn't agree with their views they treated me terribly. They put their clients before their employees, and it shows. They have the highest turnover rate I've ever seen for a small IT company and they are constantly running people out of there, even employees who have been there for many years are running away from that company like its spreading a disease and the ones who actually enjoy working there are brainwashed by false promises of the owners. They promised my family things like health insurance during the interview saying it would be offered to employees within weeks of me joining the team. Over 3 months later they still weren't offering insurance, they pressured me and my family to move across the US to work local with the company and then didn't deliver at all to their promises. They have no consideration for their employees happiness... they are good at pretending but in all honesty they don't care. The owner Clark is the single most rude person I've met in my entire life. I give this company another 6 months before they lose all of their employees.

It’s very disheartening to read such a review, especially after we went out of our way to help this tech with the move to Dallas per their request. I personally went to pick this employee up when their car stopped functioning. Does that sound like a CEO that doesn’t care about his employees? We always take the time to listen to feedback from our techs on how to improve and welcome it! It’s one thing to write a review based on facts we can address, but another thing when it is written with personal attacks. We've been in business for 15 years for a reason: great employees and a wonderful culture.
