Pros

Pros? Zero to Non-Existant...Read Below:

Cons

Pros: Some people in previous reviews might mention that possibly the only good thing in this firm is their people. Wrong! There is no single good "Pro" to say about this firm. Are you hoping for that nice bonus/ salary increase? Better change jobs/ look after another industry because the "partners" are not giving away anything more than one $2,000 salary raise throughout all of your career. Bonus: You better be an avid Publix customer, because your Thanksgiving bonus will be a quite handsome $15 Publix Gift Card. I mean, common, this firm is the four largest in gross revenues throughout SoFlo ($18 Million/ 2017-18) Venomous Environment: Starting at this firm you will either be placed in Production (Revit/ AutoCAD) or the Demigods at the Design Team. Inside the production team, all is chill as long as you know Revit well. Rue the day that you get placed on the upper floor amongst the "DESIGN" Gods ("DESIGN" because their grand advances in design mean going into Pinterest and screen-clipping every single Stock, Banal Architecture photo). Don't get along with the eight members of the DESIGN team? Your life will be hell on that floor. Were you trying to rest for a second, and listen to some music via Youtube? That's a no-no if one of the archaic partners/ design Demigod sees you. For them, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, you name it, are the equivalent of a lazy, unproductive, lackadaisical slave (In their eyes you are their slave, no matter how much they try to pamper you with cheap, red, plastic bottles/ cheap ceramic mugs/ and the occasional "great job!"). Tuesday Bagels and Thursday Pastelitos are donated by consultants, not given to you by the firm btw...
