      ->lot of exposure in different areas, for example i have been working in Zysk Technologies since 1 year and 1 month and till now i have worked on four projects and the technologies were laravel(PHP framework), MySQL, Django(Python framewok), PostgreSQL. ->oppurtunities such as taking requirements from the client , project planning, building database schema. -> one most important point is environment, very friendly environment which makes working and learning enjoyable.

      Cons

      ->so being a startup you will be having more than one responsibilities and you have to manage that. ->you have to prepare yourself to learn new things.

      None. They don’t care about your efforts. Zero from all aspects

      Cons

      No work life balance. Need to work during leaves and week off as well. You hold bucket, then you can stay longer. Else, say goodbye. Management is worst. No vision. Straight up relying on AI tools and then make it complicated and blame the devs.
