Pros

Some great people. In the past they were quite good

Cons

They have just gone down hill. The mass redundancies has just let the company show their true colours. Theres a lack of respect for people's skills and disciplines. Bullies are let rule the roost. No faith in HR, (one minute you're told your safe, next is we don't need you anymore, never in writing so never can be contested). Penny pinching when it comes to the tools you need to do the job but, theres enough money to fund a certain manager's son's race car career and a party to go along with it.

Pros

Some really amazing people that that keeps you motivated and keeps you going, flexible/hybrid working

Cons

Terrible and underqualified management, that don't even know what they doing. They don't value and don't invest in employees, don't wan to invest in the tools to get the job done better and more efficiently, very unfair internal process as some just get promoted into new roles and some have to interview to "prove" themselves. They praise the people that they like personally and not the ones that actually work hard and and continuously bring the results
