This is an excellent company that truly stands out in many ways. No organization is perfect, and culture will never fit everyone’s ideal. What truly matters is how individuals contribute, self-reflect, and adapt, rather than solely pointing out flaws. It’s also important to recognize that culture and dynamics continuously evolve, and individuals must evolve alongside them.
I’ve had the privilege of working with three leaders and rest of team. Each leader comes with distinctly different leadership style.\, and I’m incredibly appreciative of the unique lessons and growth opportunities they’ve offered. While occasional challenges arose, these experiences have been invaluable for my personal and professional development.
