      Management Struggles to Keep Up

      Pros

      People are great to work with and everyone is willing to lend a hand and help each other out. Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Everything is so ad-hoc and lawless Start up mentality struggling to cope with growing the business Sales numbers and ARR before employees health and compensation Work life balance is difficult to manage

      Great company, no structure

      Pros

      They are a leading software technology company with a great product. Their client base is impressive and have saved companies millions of dollars. The work atmosphere was great and their hybrid work model was enjoyable as well. Most of the people that worked there were a pleasure to be around.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is very little structure here. It seems they were growing so quickly that they missed the mark on some pretty big things. The internal management seemed all over the place. There was a lot of focus on the product itself but not enough focus on the people who work for the company. There are expectations that are loosely broadcasted and then individuals are left to figure it out.
