1. On time salary, during covid time when most of the companies sacked their employees, AQb has provided moral support to all the employees, on time salary with no deduction during a covid time 2. Flexible working hours 3. Wonderful management team with wonderful people 4. This is the organization where you can learn and grow, and I have seen some employees ,those who have left for better opportunity are regretting that why they have left aqb
