Pros
Culture next to none. Sensible managers. Good salaries in sales for high performance. Good office location. Can easily be leveraged into other sales position. Salespeople with 3+ years routinely make six figures.
Cons
Very low base pay for salespeople. Most of the staff very junior, hard to find senior level mentors. Agressive compensation model. Highly contested field (staffing). High churn rate (50%) approx every two years. Not many positions to advance to. Weak to market fluctuations and recessions. Busy during good times, boring during bad times.

Excellent culture, where everyone support each other.
Cons
Employees are typically very young (22-30 years old) but very smart and enthuastic. There are no over +50 years old employees so it might be a con for someone.
