Pros
I really enjoy working here! The software engineers here are high-caliber - dedicated, intelligent, and friendly. In particular, the leaders of the engineering team are super smart, well-regarded in the industry, and have a track record of making smart, well-balanced decisions for the our team and the wider company. We have a strong culture of technical mentorship and career growth. This company has provided me the opportunity to quickly expand my skill-set by gaining meaningful experience with new languages/frameworks/etc.
Cons
Since we're a relatively small team that's needs to move quickly, sometimes our processes can feel a bit disorganized. Just a bit. E.g. we would probably benefit from some more documentation and/or conversations to keep all parties in sync. That being said, overall, I think we strike a good balance between too little process and too much process.

Pay, work life balance, relaxed atmosphere Truly care about your employees Stability Great people to work with, not only super smart but very nice too I have been in this company full time for several years, and it's just a great place to be, I have recommended this place to friends of mine who are actually with adRise and people is happy here. The leaders truly care for the wellbeing of everyone
Cons
The CEO and the leaders are way too nice and patient to ill-intentioned individuals that no matter what will always be unhappy and unsatisfied and will end up somewhere else sooner or later because they simply don't fit and don't get along with with anyone anywhere!
