      Pros

      -Fun to lead the charge in ad tech. Was great to be at the forefront in the space -Strong technology with concrete impact for clients - Awesome team and company culture

      Cons

      -Quickly evolving space so we had to continue to adapt our roles along with the offering - Pay was not as high as competitive companies but the culture and team made up for it
