Great momentum, lots of learning opportunities, flexible hours, great culture, growing company, unique business, willing to train and invest in employees.
Cons
No formal training program for new employees, learn on the job.
Transparency around strategy and roadmap decisions
Endless opportunities for growth
Amazing teammates that care deeply about our why and represent our core values
Cons
Covid has kept us apart - but this is also a pro because we have been able to hire people that aren't local since we are fully remote now!
I started as an intern after just finishing my first year of college. I was offered this opportunity knowing only HTML and CSS. After my few months here I am proficient in Ruby on Rails, JS and SOQL. I credit my personal growth during my time here to my co-workers who were extremely helpful and never hesitated to answer my questions. This company has a very positive culture and I think is one of the hottest startups in NH. If I did not have to return to school I wouldn't leave.
