      Pros

      I really enjoy working at addmustard. The people are great, everyone's extremely friendly and always willing to help out, which makes me feel part of a tight-knit team. Our client base is a nice mix of entrepreneurial and founder-led businesses, with strong values, so the partnerships we build feel pretty special and unique. The work culture is really supportive and I feel backed by my manager and the whole team. It’s clear why so many people stick around for years and I can see myself staying here for a long time as well.

      As agencies go, very few cons come to mind which is remarkable.

      I’ve never worked anywhere that gives you the level of autonomy, trust and breadth of opportunity that addmustard does. You’re encouraged to grow personally and professionally, stretch yourself, think creatively and you have the ability to make a tangible difference to the businesses, entrepreneurs and teams you partner with. The agency is growing and adapting - but it’s exciting without any ego. People care about doing things properly, learning, and pushing themselves. addmustard isn't for the coasters, the chancers, the get-by-ers, it's for ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, hungry, creative, intelligent individuals. It attracts curious and passionate people who enjoy thinking, creating and solving problems.

      Cons

      It’s not easy — it’s fast-paced and you’re expected to step up — but if you want to be challenged, supported and trusted, there’s nowhere better. I’ve grown more here than anywhere else, and I genuinely love coming to work.
