      Pros

      - best team I have been working with (super smart ppl, very keen to help) - no real hierarchy (as you‘d expect in a startup) - fast and honest responsibilities (just worked on my own project soon after starting)

      Cons

      During my time at adnymics I didn‘t feel anything major should be changed.

      Pros

      It is close to Hauptbahnhof.

      Cons

      The team is generally very unhappy - management does not seem to care about this. Management will habitually lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. Management makes blatant mistakes and blames workers. Management immediately escalates small issues into full conflicts without hesitation. Management micro manages any worker as much as he can, and will drive your motivation into the ground.

      - Flat hierarchies, appreciative teamwork - Benefit like team events, coffee, muesli, home office etc. - you can quickly assume responsibility and thus develop yourself further - you learn new things every day - great innovative product

      Cons

      - no real contra, but it's not a 9 to 5 job. but as long as the job is fun, it doesn't matter.
