      Pros

      It's great to work for a company that truly values their employees and provides ample opportunity for growth. I've worked for this company for over a year and feel fortunate to be part of a growing team of people all working towards the same goals. Management is looking to create successful teams rather than just fill positions. There are some truly brilliant minds here working together. It's great to learn from them and exciting to see where the company is going. This company values family and provides flexibility with time off - which is really nice.

      Cons

      Being that this is a smaller company, some systems and processes are still being developed.

      Bad compensation increases, multiple employees strung along or denied raises despite good work and strong revenue Lack of diversity in leadership, no female leaders Unpopular and unnecessary in office policy Leadership has bad people skills. No send-off for exiting employees, feedback is not taken seriously, response to criticism is tone deaf and self righteous Moving goalposts and unclear expectations and markers of success Meeting bloat, leadership are late to meetings, have meetings run long, or are distracted with other work during them

      While this review is from a couple of years ago, reading it sparked a desire to share a current picture of the company today. Female leadership is present among leadership, including at the VP level. We operate with a hybrid work model that includes two work from home days each week, along with unlimited PTO. Since the time of this post, we have added new benefits such as learning and development stipends, and introduced a more generous bonus structure. Leadership has also been prioritized acting on employee feedback, with teams working together with far stronger collaboration than in the past. We care deeply about our people and remain committed to making adtechnacity a place where employees feel supported, valued, and proud to be part of.

      Pros

      It’s a performance driven company so there is a need to deliver value, however that type of environment brings out the best in high performers and those looking to grow in their career.

      Cons

      There isn’t always a set roadmap to execute against or plan for, the company is small enough to change directions constantly based on where opportunities lie.
