People here are very driven and genuinely care about the mission of the company, to create happy drivers. Teamwork is evident, and people are motivated to help each other succeed. It feels good to know that you are making a difference in a driver's life, and additionally evolving the dynamic of the trucking industry nationwide. Great perks and work/life balance.

Cons

This is definitely meant for those that enjoy an evolving, growing start up culture.
