Pros

Baani who does interviews and recruitment is really nice. ONE of the training managers (Siobhan I think? Pregnant whilst I was there) was nice.

Cons

Where do I start, worked there for four months in 2017. The training plan is non-exsistent, too many contracts on and it “isn’t possible” for you to be trained on them all. I train new starters in my new job and look back in horror at how people are trained here. They BERATE you if you hesitate with a script/don’t know what to do (because you’re not trained) and make you spell simple things out to the caller every time like literally the name ‘Smith’. They’re always doing quality checks and make tiny mistakes the end of the World. A big girl with glasses ‘trained’ me and you can tell she enjoyed telling you off making you feel small. I had an asthma attack and had to leave to go to a walk in centre and they made me feel horrible about it, I was wheezing away and they were trying to make me feel like I was over-reacting. The break room is really basic, the teams are cliquey and look at you in an openly hostile way, no-one smiles or tries to welcome you (because turnover is so high) I finally got a new role and could leave and I was hauled before Reuben the CEO in his swish top floor office away from the reality of the call floors. No idea why, it was humiliating. Basically asked me why I dared to leave and said “you’ve only been here 2 weeks”. I’d been there FOUR MONTHS and told him as such. He never speaks to the new starters just wants to exploit people sp he can buy more sports cars, doesn’t care about the staff. It’s so sketchy some of the contracts the staff are on like medical facilities managing appointments, people ring up with their symptoms and you can’t say anything. Have to lie and pretend you work at the company it’s all so false you’re a number not a person. Never again.

Pros

THERE ARE NONE I HAVE SEEN

Cons

Bad employee care they put their employees health at risk for greed- It seems great at first but that soon changes You are not a receptionist PA taking messages as they advertise they want you do more and more customer service rolls but do not give you training or time to complete the call they just throw you in at the deep end and monitor you to death picking at every little thing They want perfection when its impossible in the time they give you to do the call No wonder the staff turn over is phenomenal ****AVOID THIS COMPANY

Pros

Free parking is the only pro I can think of... Or maybe that the Internet systems are quite fast.

Cons

Very low pay, expected to work overtime every day, get emails texts and calls on days off to ask to come in and work, timed break to the toilet, cannot speak and interact with fellow staff, very low moral!
