None of the reviews you'll read above can really describe what it's like to work for the sociopath Daniel Dendra. Don't fall into the trap, he looks friendly and knowledgeable at first impression, he responds on time, he invites you to fancy clubs for the interview. You think he's cool. It's all a mask, you will fall into a cesspit of exploitation, a salary lower than you can imagine (if he pays you) and psychological abuse that no one who considers himself worthy and a good person really deserves. Where it is really dangerous to generate a link with Daniel Dendra, is in case you need a work visa. In fact he hires foreigners all the time, to depend on him and exploit you like in the old days. I am not exaggerating. The working hours are from 9:00 am to 18:30hs, because he wants, and you NEVER leave at 18:30. At first it will seem normal to you, except that the working hours are very long. Then you will feel that he doesn't control anything, he just takes his anger out on his employees. He always waits until the last moment of the day to ask you to print out everything to correct, and keeps you in the office without letting you leave. If you leave, he will make you feel like you are betraying him. He sets deadlines that are not necessary at all, with a very high level of demand, so that you cannot achieve them during the work period, so that you are left with too much to do because you are at fault. He owes me money, and he owes a lot of people I've spoken to. I reiterate, first he seems like a nice person and when you didn't realise it, you are caught in his web, once there he starts talking to you with extreme politeness and indifference, he will drive you crazy. Even if you hire a lawyer he doesn't answer the letters. He is a person who doesn't care about other people at all, and he has money, so you get the worst possible combination. If none of the reviews you've read convince you and you want to get your doubts out of the way, go ahead, believe me, you'll be the next one to take the time I took to write this review. You may ask for him, he is recognised in the architecture field as a swindler and exploiter. It's your choice, I tryed to be as realistic as possible.
