Pros

The company has a very flexible policy regarding your work schedule. As long as you communicate with your supervisor, management does not have a problem with you coming in when it is convenient for you as long as you make your hours. Also, the co-workers are outstanding people to work with and a lot of fun to be around.

Cons

The pay is not the best for those with families and significant financial responsibilities. There is no room for advancement within the company and pay raises have been non-existent. This is a great job for someone just out of college to get some real life experience and learn some techniques, but then move on. A lot of equipment is outdated and needs some real tweaking to get tests through. Not a lot of foresight into keeping equipment up to date and serviced.

This review is several years old, and many positive changes have occurred at Ana-Lab Corp. since it was posted. We now have better pay and better opportunities for raises and advancement. We continue to offer flexible hours (for many positions, not all) and fully-paid medical insurance, as well as other perks.
