Financial struggles, changes in personnel, management & executive leadership have created a culture of fear. Everyone here expects to lose their job at a moment's notice. Everyone is actively looking for a new job. CEO doesn't appear to actually work at the company full time. Apparently, only talks to other execs, most of whom have been responsible for poor decision-making for years. There has been an observable, unspoken shift from a remote-first workforce to a "hybrid" workforce in Minneapolis. Product, engineering & growth departments have been decimated by layoffs and departures by A-players. No innovation or new solutions in years.

They promote narcissists or people who don't know Net Dev to project management positions who then mistreat recruiters, you can never get an answer to a question or you are given incorrect information. Mid-level management is very mamby pamby - never calls you to discuss issues, doesn't respond to messages - it's the craziest thing I've ever seen. You also have managers who have no ability to work with people, who don't care and stick around for paycheck or someone who is a narcissist who shouldn't be leading anyone. The sales team doesn't appear to understand Net Dev based on the ridiculous projects they take and teams are set up for failure consistently. I left due to the consistently low-quality projects and management. Constant meetings and they think they have this great culture but it's awful and they've lost soooo many good people because people who can go elsewhere have.
