      Pros

      Interesting projects, big range of scales and typologies, experienced staff. Cool office environment, nice interaction with general staff and partners.

      Cons

      Depending on the team, work/life balance might be challenging. Really low pay for interns, not enough to live in Paris.

      There are some good people and the location is nice.

      Cons

      High employee turnover. Project quality varies deeply depending on which of the partners is involved. Overtime is never paid, and the salary falls short of what's needed for a decent standard of living in Paris. The HR department's attitude is indecent.
