Unprofessional, dated, disfunctional and toxic business with internal divisions created by a combination of horrific management who consistently put business before morals. The non existent management from above filters through to the departmental attitudes, allowing certain personalities to dominate and bully others creating a toxic environment. Very little compassion shown to department issues, with inconsistent rules that favour the staff who are deemed more important to business. Top heavy company with a number of directors who are as good as retired, taking a large salary and contributing very little other than to the toxic culture.
