The Worest Company Ever

Pros

They always seem to have openings, so if you're desperate and are willing to be abused, then this might be considered a "Pro".

Cons

I agree with one of the reviewers. The communication (or the lack thereof) is simply horrible. If you ever dare to speak up against injustice from someone established at the company, you'll be dropped like a hot potato and they will refuse to ever divulge any reason why they let you go despite the fact you have been a great performer and hard worker. This company is truly unprofessional and borderline unethical in my opinion.

Pros

Banking assignments are a pleasure to conduct since employees are very professional. aTH consistently has many of these assignments.

Cons

I find most aTH editors to be inconsistent and permitted to wield far too much power. Completed surveys are frequently rejected even though the guidelines are followed. Unfortunately, shoppers cannot depend on their scheduler to mediate on their behalf. Pay is low and slow.

Pros

The pay was steady and fair enough. The HR department was outsourced; people were kinder and easier to speak to.

Cons

The culture of communication here is abysmal. There is no human empathy. The anticipatory welcome is kind, but if you have questions or struggle to understand their backwards ways, you'll be dropped like a hot potato. Customers are not treated with the respect they deserve, and instructions are not always clear. The banks are constantly switching their minds on what they want, and this leads to discord between employees and customers alike. I am glad to have moved on. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a work environment.
