No work life balance. Managers conduct meetings at late evenings, early mornings, and even on Sunday/holiday, Official Calls and whatsapp messages at midnight. Despite of working for 5+ years and generating good business, the average yearly hike was just 7%. Every appraisal, same story that Co. is on loss but you can see your managers getting promotion and good hike on time. Favoritism works at it's best. Employees are not given any formal training and forced to run in the fields unnecessary. There is no learning. You work and your manager takes all credit. There is no promotional policies for the entry level Employees. Formal meetings go on for hours disrupting routine work. Co. has no face value. When you go out for an interview, most HRs do not know about this Co.
