- Many people gets laid off much more often than in any other company I have worked for. Most of the times very unexpectedly, leaving everyone with feeling of not knowing how safe is their jobs - Very vertical hierarchy. The quality of your opinion or thoughts is closely tight to your role within the company (junior, mid, senior...) - Not margin to challenge or propose alternatives even when it could save time, money or simply make something better
