Pros

A LOT of growth opportunity. You get to work on cutting edge problems everyday that make you really agile and a real decision maker. Education technology is the domain that's still being traced at the next big thing in the internet space where WizIQ has this advantage of being an old player since 2010. It has evolved over time and your personal and professional grown just peaks up really fast if you are in the right place doing the right things.

Cons

Engineering and coders are as slow as snails. they would take months to implement things that are already executed by the competitors. All the releases are full of bugs and technical glitches. The planning starts when a competitor has already moved on to the next big move to capture the market. No definite vision to look up to which would interest and drive all the employees. Lots and lots of changes in team structuring, business approach and even profiles change in months.

Bad Experience after leaving. Before leaving the company everything was good.

Cons

I have left WizIQ( Backed by Bertelsmann in Feb) I was promised to receive my dues in Installments of 10 months and from August, there is no proper response on paying my dues. I have even reached out to couple of people at WizIQ, Kaizen and Bertelsmann but no proper response.
