Pros

Lots of learning opportunities for junior engineers, help with advocacy when it comes to autistic concerns, great business partners, helpful and adaptive.

Cons

Given this company's mission to be autism friendly it seems many with non-autism DEI concerns that were left unmet, difficulty finding advancement and on the job training for skills, compensation is not as high for similar positions in other firms.

Pros

Very very very nice people Autism Spectrum Disorder friendly When the stars align, they will educate you and upskill you even from a quality assurance analyst to a kind of engineer within the technology world they take risks on trying out new employees

Cons

Lack of learning opportunities if you are deployed to a client unless the client chooses to educate you early-stage startup - here in the US They play with words and don't like to follow through on promises at hire and when pressed, they will change the terms. I did not receive any retirement benefits nor was it offered during my duration of employment Even though we are all supposed to have a job coach session at least weekly, however, there wasn't enough for everyone to have one assigned at all times. I did have multiple weeks in a row without one to work with.

Pros

Pros are that this is an autism-friendly company that is run by people who really care about the careers and well-being of their employees. It's not work siloed off from the non-autistic employees or just a small subset of a company that is about autism-hiring, it's the whole company. However, that does not mean there are limitations in roles or career growth, this is competitive with any other job.

Cons

the only con is that it's a still a small company and so you may have to wait for a role before being hired
