Pros

Decent Pay and location and some people are good.

Cons

Short-Sight management. Badly run, many of the mid-level managers have been there forever and have no idea how things are done. They will keep switching you from Project to Project. Company will hold you at as low a pay as they can until you threaten to leave. Highly Recommend NOT to work here.

Pros

- A good opportunity if you are being sent DIRECTLY to Pratt & Whitney

Cons

- Senior and Middle Management are GROSSLY incompetent. Anyone who is even remotely skilled leaves after a few months, or a year at most. So the people who get promoted are the bottom of the barrel and they have no idea what they are doing. - They often will ask you to do things that are unethical, they will ask you to review and work on projects for which you have not signed an NDA and for which you don't have clearance to work on. They will cut corners and do things like tell their clients that there are more people on the team than there really are. - They will force you into overtime, saying that if you are working less than 70 hours a week there will be repercussions, on multiple occasions the managers have left at 4 PM telling staff that they should sleep at the office to get their work done. - They do not want to invest in their IT infrastructure and therefore will not allow team members to work from home. - On multiple occasions, the senior director was heard screaming at and belittling employees in his office. - Managers are picked through nepotism and not skillset, they will scream at employees to work harder while the manager watches netflix in their office. - Salary is extremely low, not on par with the competition, they will try to get you to take on as many responsibilities as possible and keep your salary as low as possible. - They will make it very hard for you to move on with your career by making it practically impossible to get a reference of employment from them and even then will be hostile once you leave. - There are NO opportunities for growth, no matter what they promise you, they will not follow through, unless you're willing to do more work for no pay increase. - They have on multiple occasions forced employees to cancel vacations at the last minute, even if tickets and all were booked, under threat of being fired. - On multiple occasions, they have forced employees to come in and work on weekends. - They often lie about following the correct review process, and have people who are not allowed to review work, review work.
