Get ready to listen to the owners tell you how brilliant they are

Pros

Benefits were ok. That's it.

Cons

Endless hours, no appreciation, hypocrisy to no end, you can do 95% perfect on any project (small or huge) but only hear about the 5% they don't like, micromanagement is actually the biggest core value they just don't publicize it. They will tell you that every employee is like family. That's a sure sign to walk away. The owners pay their spouses who don't work there, but constantly have a reason why there is no profit so as not to give bonuses based on their profit sharing model. The owners are some of the fakest people you will ever meet, although they do a good job of hiding it until you dive deep into it. The owner is a pushover who let his brother basically take over. That brother is a classic narcissist with a God complex. I could go on and on, but if you join their team, you'll see it all first hand. Look at their turnover rate for ANY of the lead positions. Micromanagement runs them all off. Absolute garbage company and I can't say that any more clear.

Pros

Benefits are alright and some of the people truly make you feel welcome.

Cons

Nobody follows the values, they change just about as much as management. Terrible work conduct, my first months training was done by a guy sexualizing every female on the crew. Terrible habit of picking favorites and using the hard workers and letting others slack off. You will not get raises accordingly and they may take advantage of you if you don't speak up and demand a raise. One shift pulls all the weight while the other just slacks off. A lot of management and people overlook you and your work. No matter how hard you work or how many hours you work you will only impress them if you play into their favoritism.

Pros

Benefits were alright and that’s about it.

Cons

Core values Core values Core values Where do I start with this? They preach these values day in and day out only to not abide by their own words and not take their own accountability. If you follow them and you rub them the wrong way, you’re replaceable and they will tell you that. Micromanagement This is endless, if you like being watched, questioned and accused this is the place for you. Personally I took pride in my work so when I caught this flak it was greatly unappreciated. Never once did I give the company more like Jason P. a reason to question anything I did but it was always something I dealt with. Time off This is nonexistent here. You’re expected availability is 6 am to 6 pm M-F.... YET upper management allows jobs to get scheduled outside of this window and you are then expected to work it outside of the agreed availability. No extra pay no flexibility nothing. If you can’t take the job outside of your availability now you aren’t be accountable for a schedule you didn’t agree to. Effort Out of my YEARS of being with this company you can give them as much effort as possible, yet they are far from reasonable when life circumstances arise, yet just being a day to day human. Equipment/tools This is the one thing I can’t gripe about TO HARD, notice I said to hard.... some people were allowed some tools that others weren’t which leads to bags/tools being taken and now you don’t have the said tool/tools you need because someone else took them from you. Maybe not even necessarily allowed to have, more so that others weren’t supplied with and they were never given. For the most part this was the best thing. If you took your bag home with you, or locked your bag you were fine. Pay I received one pay raise through my years of loyalty to this company. Through proving myself multiple times you would think that would come with a raise... only to hear “well your communication isn’t exactly where it needs to be”. The communication I demonstrated is how I was told to communicate by upper management, did I really have flawed communication? Or was it just an easy way they didn’t have to prove anything to say? Overall If you want to have some crazy mental/psychological trauma from WORK not even your own life but just from work, this is the place for you.
