Pros

flexible schedule ability to meet interesting students who can be fun and make lessons exciting material is provided free reign in most situations, able to tailor the lesson to how you teach japanese is allowed to help for translation purposes several locations

Cons

schedule can be unreliable lessons/material can be repetitive and boring pay isn't super high but it's also above others, so its not really a con to me but neutral
