Great pay (1$ more than minimum after first 3 months, another after you become an SC and a raise every year at your evaluation), people are super kind, the management team has a no gossip no toxicity rule that they enforce
Cons
They have very high standards but really care about you. You’ll want to be a hard worker to thrive here
The management were very flexible with hours, especially considering that many of their workers were students. Great culture, loved the other people I got to work with, and the free cycling and barre classes were a major perk.
Cons
I would have really appreciated some more benefits - even discounts on snacks and merch would have been nice, but ideally a higher salary.
