First few weeks they give you a decent wage and van for free, but then put you onto a contract earning pennies, you are out from 9am till well after 9pm, management are a joke and don't communicate with anyone, fleet supervisors are even worse and find any way to deduct money from your wage which never goes on van repairs, the yards are a total death trap. They threaten you with the sack if you even hint at being unwell and have no interests in whether you have a life or not, all they care about is getting parcels out the door that's after they have been thrown about the warehouse. You won't be paid correctly you won't have a life you'll probably end up owing the company money by the time you leave.

b-spokes actually look after you. In other delivery jobs I've had before, the companies didn't care at all. Good pay, paid per parcel, good training, nice guys in the depots
