      Overworked, Underpaid BUT the parties were amazing

      Pros

      Made lifelong friends, and loved the management team. Everyone who works there is genuinely a wonderful person. It makes you want to work hard and do well.

      You will end up being burnt out. Its not an "if" its a "when"

      Pros

      A great place to work if you're a 22 year-old alcoholic with no moral compass.

      Cons

      Creepy, mandatory overnight summits, overworked/underpaid, very disorganized, little to no training for new employees. More focused on parties than improving procedures. The kind of place that likes to pat itself on the back for its diversity but doesn't employ a single Black person. Suspect this company will collapse in the next few years.
