Pros
A company who genuinely cares about it's employees, with fantastic leadership and a software development team who constantly looks to innovate. The company grows organically and sensibly, targets are fair, whilst also challenging. Genuinely the most happy I've been at any company.
Cons
A few niggles here and there, but nothing which detracts from the overall experience.
