Pros

working from home, technical team are great

Cons

Senior leadership consistently demonstrates a lack of clear direction. Priorities change frequently with little justification, resulting in wasted effort, constant rework, and poor execution across teams. The company operates in a way that appears heavily centered around the CEO’s family. Key decisions do not seem to be driven by merit, data, or business needs, but rather by internal relationships and influence. This creates a non-transparent environment where favoritism is perceived to outweigh performance. As a result, accountability at the top is limited, strategic alignment is weak, and employees are left navigating shifting expectations with minimal clarity. Career growth and recognition feel unpredictable and disconnected from actual contributions.

Pros

Working at beHuman feels meaningful — we’re actually helping people catch cancer and chronic conditions early using AI and telehealth. The leadership is visionary but still hands-on, and the culture is a rare mix of startup agility and clinical rigor. I love the flexibility — it’s fully remote with real trust in how you manage your time. The product and engineering teams move fast, and there’s a strong connection between clinicians and the tech side.

Cons

Like any early-stage company, things move quickly and can change overnight. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and building structure as you go. Benefits are improving but still evolving as the company scales.
