The recent change in policy from 3x a week in office to 4x a week in office with enforced Monday and Friday & tracking is really decreasing trust and morale within the company. The sentiment that there will be no discussion and that people can either "like it or go" is having people do exactly that. The world has changed to a more flexible work approach but we are going backwards rather than forwards. This will likely impact employee retention and hiring as people expect a more flexible arrangement. I really hope they reconsider this policy and bring back more flexibility.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding beqom new remote work policy. Since its implementation, there has been a noticeable decline in team morale. The policy, which restricts remote working options, has been particularly unfair to our newer colleagues. Despite having contracts that promised two days of remote work, they are now being pressured to sign revised agreements that do not honor this commitment. This sudden change is not only demotivating for our current team but is also adversely affecting our recruiting efforts. We are losing talented people who are seeking more flexible working arrangements, which are increasingly becoming the industry standard. The policy contradicts our company's values of fairness and adaptability.
