Not a great place to work

Pros

Exposure to some of the best practices in customer-experience being built from scratch and first priciples

Cons

Instructive 5 co-founders, all above 50 yrs of age, not paying attention to ideas and suggestions of employees, but would only listen to investor-sentiments. Multiple axis of power makes it difficult for entry level employees to work effectively. The employee policies are exactly according to law, but no good-will, no relationship with managers, no fun or no learning. Just routine labor-like work without any expectation to generate novel ideas or take up new projects to solve common problems. Short fixes is the way-of-life, no emphasis on long term learning and process-fixing. Hence the experience deteriorates and employees get frustrated and leave after their personal learning curve dips.
