I worked at BIMM as a developer. The team I worked with was smart and collaborative. The culture was very close and the company put a high priority on having fun. I worked on the largest client in the Agency and a growing account so there was no shortage of interesting work to get your hands into.
Cons
During my time at BIMM the agency was growing quickly. The President was extremely ambitious with a focus on growth and innovation. While I was there the Agency nearly doubled in size to 100 people. Between client's demands and the growth of the Agency, things got intense from time to time.
