      Pros

      The management and team are very approachable and open to any questions and conversations. The dev and design teams are made of the best Shopify experts I've worked with. Great agency for anyone to learn and grow. Lots of clients are signing up which is a good sign for opportunities to come.

      Cons

      You have to travel once a month to the HQ for company days, which may be great for some people but not so good for others.

      An amazing learning experience for anyone looking to grow their career in this sector, working with an incredible Client Services Director and some very smart people.

      A little rocky at times and little progression or room to grow past a certain point.

      Pros

      No hierarchy, so any idea was listened to, whether it was used or not. A fast-paced environment to keep you on your toes and busy, but with a lot of support from management/leadership. A lot of scope to grow in the current role, or move and try out something different. Real progression opportunities too. One of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of working. Lots of fun and a real family vibe. The team and company has a genuine interest in you as a person, as well as an employee.
