There is a endless list of this: Ideally they would say they don't believe into micromanagement but that's their best game. It's just a yes boss, yess boss kind of a firm where the owner speaks and people start following. No planning, mismanagement, they hire like crazy and don't even respect the person and ask them to leave without even providing a valid reason and just create one out of nowhere. They freak up the work life balance to the core. Everyone in the organisation wears a cheap face mask of care and they don't give hoots about you! I really pray and wish they never succeed in their business and their lives!!!! They can only cheat!!!!

Pathetic work ethics especially of the management and HR. There is too much of deception with both | employees and the company's customers. This has lead to the company losing out on more than 60 customers and 15+ employees in less than 8 months across Dubai and India. They have lost all their clients in India as on Jan 23. Working hours are indefinite, there is a culture of staying in the office for long hours to prove one's worth. There is no job security as the thankless company owners can chuck you out at the blink of an eye without any reasoning. The company HR seems to be over burdened with other work as she does not get the time to perform the responsibilities of an HR. To do the damage repair, the company rather than actually treating it's employees nicely went ahead and fabricated good company reviews on the internet. You can see almost 12, 5star reviews of bnbme on ambition box in a span of 2 days (12th to 14th July). In reality the reviews are the total opposite of what the company is like.
