From the beginning, everything was nice and good. The training part was also great.

Cons

They fired 70+ people from Ukraine that work for them for more than 1,2,3 years. They hired people from the Philippines and India and were keep lying to Kyiv employees for a few months that it was not the replacement for them.

Interesting product, great team of Ukraine/US professionals.

Cons

Having very complex product company does not value people who supports and develop the product… Management does not know where to focus on, completely disoriented employees… no team buildings or any other activities focus on people. In complex time when the War in Ukraine started most of people started to work even harder than before… as a result Brightfin fired 70+ people from Ukraine in one week…
