Pros
Being part of the wider DCT group you are protected. Benefits and work/life balance acceptable. SCO is well established and a great manager. Not given enough control on strategy. If you’re a junior engineer this could potentially be a good move.
Cons
Not sure what the CEO does? Far behind competitors in terms of products and strategy, makes selling into new biz extremely difficult. Clients aren’t able to add VMs to estates because of this. That seems to be a-miss with most senior management. Non existent PM team. Service delivery is shocking with managers refusing to speak to clients. All responsibility and issues fall back on sales. Even if this has solely been caused by an operational issue. No accountability.
