The students are a highlight and so is the community service aspect.

Cons

The managers treat the students like free labor. Morally ambiguous job, you will be forced to treat high schoolers like human cattle because your supervisors and senior leadership view them that way. Extremely ghetto work environment. You will hear about how most of your coworkers have a criminal history and or are beefing with their baby daddies. The management is absolutely awful. They engage in bullying and targeting with anyone they feel intimidated by.

Cons

Inside the organization, priorities changed constantly with little or no explanation. Leadership spoke passionately about purpose but failed to provide stable processes, clear timelines, or consistent expectations. The gap between what was promised and what actually existed destroyed trust and turned the mission into empty talk instead of meaningful action.
