Pros
There is a fruit basket.
Cons
- Founders have a background in strategy and sales, product and tech leadership has been hired way too late - Engineers are treated poorly and have to fight extremely hard for fair pay and proper development processes - Young graduates are being exploited and there is virtually no people strategy enabling career growth (I’m not one of the them but see them come and go like the flies in the fruit basket)
