      Pros

      A good product that just keeps getting better.  Customer intimacy. The insights gained from consumer research are useful for crafting our strategies moving forward.   New marketing concepts. Learned about reaching out to customers from different life stages.  An effective communication loop within allows the company to go closer to its mission.   Enhanced employee benefits like access to tools and technology, bonuses, a digital nomad program, hybrid mode, an internet & phone stipend, medical insurance, and socials.  I feel I’m a better professional now because of all the wisdom I gained from our mentors here as well as my counterparts abroad.

      Cons

      It takes a certain personality and philosophy to thrive in the culture that we have here. Sadly, some just don’t have the passion and tenacity to make it.

      Smart coworkers, good tech stack

      Pros

      The engineering team moves quickly, and I appreciate being able to ship features without unnecessary bottlenecks. The technology being used is modern - it's good to work with tools that make development more efficient.

      Cons

      Changing priorities make long-term planning difficult.

      Pros

      Young international environment, good food, and talented people all over the place are certainly a big plus. These were the good surprises.

      Cons

      There were a few more of the bad surprises though. The company culture is very specific and if you cannot accumulate to it, there is no place for you there. Work always comes first, and even though the product is there for users so they can focus on things that are actually important, the workplace does not allow you to focus on much more than just work. This varies from department to department of course, but generally if you don't become like others, you either stay an outsider or might get shamed. Co-worker shaming is very usual, as much from peers as it is even more so from management. Very hard to get appreciated here or feel like you ever do enough.
