Easy work but not a place for skilled creatives.
Pros
Good benefits, decent pay and easy work. Good diversity hiring for women. Management is overall nice.
Cons
Meaningless titles given to people without ability. Underutilization of people who do have ability. Standards for creative and hires that sink so low they are underground (minus a person here or there). The work is essentially a production mill for a single client, very boring (if you love restrictive brand guidelines and stock photography, you might love it). Demanding hours for bad work and bad clients. Terrible, I mean terrible diversity hiring for LGBTQ+ and especially Black, Indigenous and People of Color. In fact, the one or two I saw while I worked at the company were treated incredibly poorly. It was part of my decision for leaving.
