Unfortunately, the culture here is heavily influenced by toxic senior leadership, which trickles down to directors and managers. I’ve seen multiple people leave due to poor treatment from directors, including instances of racism and lack of respect toward junior staff. Overall, it’s not an environment that supports growth or makes employees feel valued.
