      A Perfect Place for whose objective is Personal Growth

      Pros

      - Embracing learning culture (biweekly internal techtalk, mentorship, etc) - A very nice documentation that makes new hires' learning curve got smooth (in-detail postmortems, product ownership docs, used tech stacks, tips and tricks, etc) - Proper engineering process and tools that make engineers' work efficient - Free lunch

      Cons

      - The location is pretty far the center of the city - Not so fancy office compared to other startups

      Pros

      - some of the people are very experienced and don't hesitate to share their knowledge/experience if approached - the atmosphere makes it relatively easy to pick up and learn something new - most of the people are open-minded to new possibilities

      Cons

      - one or two people might be a bit quirky, need to know them a bit to tell them if they're being obnoxious or get around their quirks. but otherwise it's pretty ok - the mentoring system isn't very well-structured yet, so if the engineer is still inexperienced they might need to be more proactive to learn if they want to grow faster. not everybody's well-trained to teach other people here, but some are and they can be helpful.
