      no pro's at this point in time

      flex time, although stated in writing 6am-6pm, isn't true, they want you there 8-5pm end of story. You're forced to work at locations no where near your home. Never got a good recommendation from anyone about the firm in ten years

      Co-workers are the only asset.

      Cons

      Micro management; management reads all incoming mail before distribution due to paranoia; managment routinely reads outgoing email (again paranoid); very poorly managed company. No HR Manager! There was one in place but laid off.
