      The CEO is hands-on and expects constant admiration — success here often depends more on flattery than actual results.

      Cons

      The culture is harsh: low pay, high stress, and bullying passed off as “standards.” It’s not a safe space for everyone — there’s an unspoken bias against women (unless they’re ultra-masculine) and an undercurrent of homophobia that leadership never addresses. If you don’t fit their mold, you’ll feel it fast.
